I created the BLC to support women like me who are BUSY and want simple solutions, sustainable results, and reliable support to help you get to your goals. 

Women who are moms, have a career, a family, a lifestyle that leaves them little time or energy to focus on themselves BUT are ready to feel their best!   

Inside the BLC coaching group, my goal is to simplify the process by helping you create REAL LIFE strategies and solutions that you can implement immediately to create long-lasting results.  The truth is, real, sustainable results happen by implementing simple dial movers that result in BIG changes.  In order to do these simple things day in and day out, you need ongoing support, education and accountability

Hi there!

I’m Giselle. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer, AFFA certified group fitness instructor, NASM certified nutrition coach, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, certified macronutrient coach, Girls Gone Strong Women’s Health Coach and hold a Bachelors degree in education. I help women get REAL, SUSTAINABLE RESULTS without having to restrict, eliminate, cut out whole food groups or spend hours killing themselves in the gym.

On top of running my own business I’m a mom to two busy boys. I know exactly what it's like to juggle mom life, work life, wife like, and everything in between while also trying to work on your health and fitness goals.  Like many other women, I've tried my fair share of diets.  Cabbage soup, Atkins, Whole 30, Intermittent fasting, you name it I tried it!   All those diets failed me because they were just that, diets.  They forced me to cut out whole food groups, eliminate things I enjoyed, and eat foods I didn't really like. I'd never make it past the first week because by the weekend I was so restricted I'd go all in.  Then Monday would come and I'd start all over again.   The cycle continued for years until I finally discovered a more sustainable way of eating.  One that didn't require me to cut out cookies, wine, or spend hours sweating in the gym.
