Hi There! My name is Giselle Schroer and I’m SO happy you’re here! 

I'm a mom to two boys, Ayden 10 and Jax 5. I've been married to my husband for 13 years whom I met in College at Chico State. I got my degree in childhood education and taught 2nd grade for 6 years before having my oldest in 2011. 

My passion has always been with health and fitness but I haven’t always had the healthiest relationship with either. I spent several years struggling with eating disorders, yo-yo dieting and body dysmorphia. It wasn't until at age 33 when we were trying to get pregnant with our second child that I discovered the damage I had done to my body.   I suffered from secondary infertility, multiple miscarriages, hypothyroidism, nutrient deficiency and adrenal fatigue from  years of under eating and over exercising.  I spent a long time healing my body through diet and exercise.  Now, I can happily say I am finally at a point where I love my body for all that it is!   Which is what I want for all of you and why I’m extremely passionate about helping other women learn to love their bodies through diet and exercise.

Through my own personal experiences and the struggles I’ve heard from working with hundreds of women over the past 10 years, Giselle Schroer Health and Wellness was born.  I’m a certified NASM certified personal trainer, NASM certified nutrition coach, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, certified Macronutrient Coach and hold a Bachelor's degree in education.  Along with all these credentials I have experienced many of the same struggles that you have so can relate and emphasize.

My philosophy on training and nutrition is that everyone is unique and there is no one size fits all fitness and nutrition program.  I want your workouts and nutrition to be effortless, satisfying, and maintainable for the long term.  I don’t believe in quick fixes, 30 day shred, or restricting foods you love.
