Hi there! I’m Giselle, mom to two crazy busy boys and owner of Giselle Schroer Health and Wellness.  I’ve helped hundreds of women through my signature group coaching program, The Macro Way, and 1:1 coaching to shed fat, lean out and master their metabolism in order to get sustainable results. I don’t believe in restriction, cutting out whole food groups, drastically slashing calories or spending hours doing cardio. I believe in a balanced approach to nutrition and exercise that allows flexibility, enjoyment and freedom while still reaching goals.

Even though I'm a health and fitness professional, I haven't always had the best relationship with diet and exercise. I bounced from fad diet to fad diet trying to lose weight or look the way magazines were telling me I should look. I spent HOURS in the gym doing cardio and "playing" around on gym equipment not really knowing what to do.  I drove myself into adrenal fatigue from trying to exercise like I did when I was in my 20's as a midlife woman. I learned the hard way that results don't come from burning yourself into the ground.  That you don't have to starve yourself or spend hours in the gym doing cardio.  You can get amazing results by working out smarter not harder.  I learned that even as a busy mom running her own business, it's possible to squeeze in effective training and prioritize yourself.  

Which is why I created this challenge. To help as many women as possible to get consistent with effective training for your body and  your goals even during your busies times of your life.  Each day I’ll be sharing expertly programmed workouts, nutrition tips, fun challenges, tried and true strategies, mind-blowing knowledge, and the exact workouts you need to TRANSFORM your physique!
