3 Quick Body Weight Travel Workouts

With holiday season approaching, our calendar is filling up. Parties, events, festivities, and vacations. All of which make it a bit harder to get in workouts. Harder, but not impossible!!!! When life gets busy or I find myself on the road more often, I resort to using quick, bodyweight workouts to get in some activity.

 

Here's a few of my favorites:

 

Rise and Shine

 
 

A Great one to do first thing in the morning where ever you are! In your bedroom, at a hotel, at your parents house with your family the day before Thanksgiving :-) A simple bodyweight workout using basic moves! Feel free to add on another round for an added bonus!

 
 
 
 

A fun workout to do with the whole family! All you need is a deck of cards and some space to do the moves. You can easily substitute some of the bodyweight movements if they don't work for you. Maybe some sit ups. jumping jacks, push-ups, the options are endless just make it fun and challenging!

 
 
 
 

A personal favorite that really works up a sweat! Quick, cardio movements that will get your heart pumping in no time! Again, feel free to substitute exercises as needed and make it your own! Just be sure to have fun with it :-)

 

Don't use travel or busyness as an excuse! Workouts can easily be done on the go wherever you are! Keep these in your back pocket for the next time you need a travel or bodyweight workout :-) Enjoy!
