MEET GISELLE
Hey there! I'm Giselle Schroer. Personal trainer, nutrition coach, Macronutrients coach, creator of The Macro Way group coaching program and founder of Giselle S. Fitness. Over the years I've tried every diet under the sun in hopes of losing weight. What I found was that fad diets, quick fixes, cutting our whole food groups or doing crazy detoxes are NOT the solution. Learning how to balance nutrition with whole foods, foods you truly enjoy, move the body, focus on overall health and enjoying life is the key to success. Because NO one wants to eat rice cakes and boiled chicken forever AM I RIGHT?
Instead we should be eating the foods we love eating in conjunction with good, healthy, nutrient dense, whole foods that make us feel good.
