If you’re anything like me, you love gifts that support your health, help you feel your best, and make daily life a little easier. So I thought I’d share some of my favorite wellness-inspired gift ideas—things I personally use and love, or that are on my own wish list this year!
✨ Healthy Mother’s Day Gift Guide
- Hooga Infrared light - I use mine every morning while sipping lemon water with sea salt—either while meditating or listening to an audiobook. It’s become one of my favorite rituals. Red light therapy is known to support skin health, energy, mood, and more!
- Higher Dose Sauna - This one’s been on my wish list for a while! I love a good sauna session, but many cheaper versions are high in EMFs or made with toxic materials. - Cozy Sheets - Yes, I’ve shared these before—but they’re THAT good. I literally can’t wait to crawl into bed each night because of how soft and luxurious they feel. Best. Sleep. Ever.
- One Skin Head to Toe -I fell in love with this peptide-powered skincare line last year and haven’t looked back. My skin has truly transformed—fewer fine lines, better texture, and a healthy glow. Plus, it’s completely clean: no toxins, no fragrance, just science-backed goodness. I especially love the face moisturizer, eye cream, and body lotion!
- Walking Pad - We recently remodeled our office and I’ve been eyeing a walking pad to keep me moving during the day (even though we already have a treadmill!). This one has great reviews and is compact and easy to move—perfect for anyone working from home.
- Weighted Vest - Have you tried this trend yet? Adding a weighted vest to your walks can help increase calorie burn, build strength, and improve bone density. I recently got one and I’m hooked!
- Owala Water Bottle - I made the switch after my dermatologist told me to stop drinking from straws to reduce mouth wrinkles 😅. Owala bottles are genius—they have a built-in straw and a sip spout, so you don’t have to purse your lips like with traditional straws. I have the 32 oz, but the 40 oz is on my wish list!
- Silk Sleep Mask - After dealing with eczema around my eyes last year (thank you, parasite cleanse, for clearing that up 🙌), I’m back to using my favorite silk sleep mask. It’s super soft, comfortable, and blocks out all the light for deeper sleep.
- Flower Vase - If flowers are your usual go-to (or what your family gets you), why not upgrade the presentation with a beautiful vase? I just added this one to my Amazon cart so I’m ready for whatever my boys surprise me with this year—it’s tradition at this point! 💐
- Thistle Meals - For busy moms who want to eat healthy without spending hours in the kitchen, Thistle meals are a lifesaver! They’re full of protein, fiber, and flavor—perfect for easy, nourishing lunches that don’t require any prep.
