You can't always be perfect but you can always attempt to do the best you can in any given situation.

Learning to perfect this skill can be extremely valuable to your weight loss journey and long-term results.

Life is going to happen. You're going to be running late and will most likely grab breakfast on the go. Your kids are going to want to go to Chick Fil A for lunch and you're going to have late nights at work and will end up grabbing fast food for dinner.

It's bound to happen to the best of us but how we navigate those times of is what separates those that feel confident in their food choices and get sustainable results and those that don't.

Don't use life happening as an excuse. Instead of thinking, "There's nothing here that fits my plan perfectly, might as well start over tomorrow." Think, "what's the best I can do in this situation?"

The good news is there is no such thing as perfect. Every single journey has moments of failure or times out of your control. In those times, focusing on doing the best you can and staying consistent is what gets you the results.

Always be thinking, what's the best choice I can make for ME and my goals!
