Oatmeal Cookie Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups, Old Fashioned Oats

  • 1/2 Cup Power Cakes

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey or Vegan protein

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter

  • 1/3 cup Almond Butter

  • 1/4 cup Organics Raisins

  • 3 Tbsp Organic Honey

  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions  

1. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl or kitchen stand mixer. Mix until well combined. If mixture is too dry, add a little more coconut oil. Scoop out with a tablespoon then roll into bite size balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
