Peanut Butter Cookie Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Pbfit

  • 40g frozen banana

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk

  • 25g Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 0.50 cup, Frozen Riced Cauliflower

  • 0.50 Tbsp, Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • water as needed to blend

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy! Enjoy!
Macros - Cal - 251, Fat - 7, Carb - 17, Protein - 30 (macros will change based on ingredients used)
