  • Day 1: Attainable goal setting - you’ll learn how to set process goals and outcome goals that are attainable for YOU!
  • Day 2: Set your day up for success - your day starts the minute you wake up and you set the tone of your day with what you do in those first few minutes. So let’s learn how to set your day up for success with this simple tool you can do in less than 1 minute.
  • Day 3: Freeing up time in your schedule: You might think you have ZERO time to squeeze anything else into your day. I’m going to show you exactly how to free up more time so you can actually add in more things that are beneficial for you! Daily challenges to keep you going
  • Day 4: Meal planning to save time - Does meal planning and prepping overwhelm you? I’m going to show you how to simplify meal planning so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time on YOU!
  • Day 5: How to make the habits stick - we’ll come together on day 5 for a live zoom call where I’ll teach you my number one strategy for making these habits stick so you can continue to prioritize you!
  • BONUS: show up on Day 5 to see if you win a prize! Each day I’ll be asking you to keep track of your tasks and to complete short assignments that are going to help you to progress toward your end goal of more free time! Hi there! I’m Giselle, mom to two crazy busy boys, and owner of Giselle Schroer Health and Wellness.  I’ve helped hundreds of women through my signature group coaching program, The Macro Way, and 1:1 coaching to shed fat, lean out and master their metabolism in order to get sustainable results. I don’t believe in restriction, cutting out whole food groups, drastically slashing calories or spending hours doing cardio. I believe in a balanced approach to nutrition and exercise that allows flexibility, enjoyment and freedom while still reaching goals.

Between running my own business as a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach and certified macronutrients coach and being a mom to two busy crazy boys, life can get crazy busy!!!  I know exactly what it's like to try to find time for health and fitness while also living the healthy, happy life we all long for. It can be hard to find time to go to the bathroom alone let alone exercise and cook healthy meals! 

Which is why I created this challenge. To help as many women as possible to get see that they can make #moretime in their busy lives for themselves!   That they are just as important if not more important than all the people and jobs they take care of daily because if they're not healthy, how can they show up as their best selves for others?  Each day I’ll be sharing impactful education, tactical tools, fun challenges, tried and true strategies, mind-blowing knowledge, to make #moretime for YOU so that you can be the best you can be!
