Hi there! I’m Giselle, mom to two crazy busy boys and owner of Giselle Schroer Health and Wellness.  I’ve helped hundreds of women through my signature group coaching program, The Macro Way, and 1:1 coaching shed fat, lean out and master their metabolism in order to get sustainable results. I don’t believe in restriction, cutting out whole food groups, drastically slashing calories or spending hours doing cardio. I believe in a balanced approach to nutrition and exercise that allows flexibility, enjoyment and freedom while still reaching goals.

Even though I'm a health and fitness professional, I haven't always had the best relationship with diet and exercise. I bounced from fad diet to fad diet trying to lose weight or look the way magazines were telling me I should look. I would have success and then as soon as I went back to my normal life the weight would come back on. I lived a cycle of deprivation during the week then over eating on the weekends until I stopped listening to what the diet industry was telling me and learned how to personalize my OWN diet. Sustainable results don't come from cutting out whole food groups, doing cleanses, detoxes, following restrictive meal plans or slashing calories so low you're starving all the time. The results come from doing a few big dial movers day in and day out.

Which is why I created this workshop. To help as many people as possible to remove the stress and overwhelm about nutrition and dieting. Each day I’ll be sharing tried and true strategies, mind-blowing knowledge, and the exact formula you need to master your metabolism and TRANSFORM your physique.
