Meet Giselle 

Hi there!  I’m an Integrative Health Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Macronutrient Coach, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in education. Helping women get fit, healthy, and confident so they can live their best lives is my true passion.

Having faced personal struggles with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, hypothalamic amenorrhea, pregnancy loss, and anxiety, I deeply understand how challenging it can be to lose weight and prioritize your health. These experiences have shaped my mission to empower women to find sustainable nutrition and workout routines that truly work for them.

I’m not your average trainer or coach. I’m not here to push hours of cardio or crash diets, and I’m certainly not a trendy influencer who hasn’t experienced the realities of aging and weight loss. I’m a mom in my 40s who’s overcome her fair share of health challenges, and I know firsthand what it feels like to struggle with weight loss and hormonal balance.

That’s why I take a whole-body approach to coaching and training. Whether you’re working with me 1:1, joining my online personal training, or participating in my group coaching program, you’ll receive a personalized, balanced approach to fitness and nutrition designed to fit your life—not the other way around.
