How does the test actually work?
Once you purchase, I'll send the at-home hair collection kit directly to you with everything you need. You collect a small hair sample from the back of your head (about a teaspoon worth), seal it in the prepaid envelope, and mail it back. Results come back in approximately 3 weeks via a secure portal, and then we schedule your 60-minute results call.
Why hair instead of blood?
Blood is tightly regulated by your body โ it does everything it can to keep levels looking "normal" even when your tissues are depleted. Hair testing bypasses that and reveals what's actually been stored, depleted, or accumulating over months. This is why it catches things standard bloodwork consistently misses.
What if my hormones have already been tested and came back normal?
This is exactly who this test is for. Hormone panels often show the symptom, not the cause. Mineral imbalances and heavy metal toxicity are frequently what's driving those hormonal disruptions in the first place โ and they almost never get tested. "Normal" bloodwork with persistent symptoms is a strong signal that we need to look deeper.
Is this worth it if I'm already working with a doctor?

How long until I get my results?
